Research

In accordance with Dean's Decree No. 22 of 2025 concerning the 2025-2029 Research Roadmap of the Faculty of Medicine, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, the faculty's flagship research is grouped into seven main research clusters, namely degenerative, metabolic, and cardiorespiratory diseases; infectious, inflammatory, and immune diseases; medical education and health services; development of potential natural materials and thibbun nabawi; hajj and travel medicine; molecular, genetic, and nutrigenomics; and neurobehavior. This roadmap confirms the direction of research development based on the integration of medical science with Islamic and Indonesian values as the faculty's distinctive characteristics.
